Hi, my name is Gina I was born in Queretaro city (Mexico) in 1982. I was always into sport and always remember my mum taking me to swimming training, basketball matches, tennis, ballet, dancing classes and especially swimming. I worked as a swimming teacher in my country for 8 years, working with people of all ages and was especially privileged to work with Down’s syndrome kids. We moved to the U.K. in 2010, to Devon which is a lovely county and am lucky to be near Dartmoor National Park. I studied to be able to work as a personal trainer at Exeter college where I took my level 2 and level 3. In 2015 I finished my PT studies and started working in the industry and I have to say that I have found my vocation doing this. It is a great way to live and understand many things about the importance of being and living in a fit way in order to have a better quality of life, and I love having the opportunity to help and learn from others. I especially enjoy being able to help and train people with Down’s syndrome as well as having the opportunity to work with the elderly and have had good results with Parkinson’s.
I like to maintain a healthy life, I love cooking from scratch and eating and enjoying life. I am married and have two teenage girls. I consider myself an enthusiastic, happy, energetic, creative, natural person who enjoys nature, gardening, music, and tries to do the best where ever I am.
