Fitnes IS Fun

Since we started our personal training programme with Gina in January we have enjoyed progressing in the exercises, loosing weight and improved stamina, and it is all down to Gina’s enthusiasm and professionalism. Gina is always encouraging and manages to make even the most repetitive of exercises interesting and fun – our sessions just fly by! Gina tailors our exercise routine each week to ensure that all muscle groups are exercised and that emphasis is placed where it is needed. We would never have got so far without her – Thank you Gina.
