Getting us moving!

Gina has been making something of a speciality of helping those of us in our elderly years to remain active, and supple with good balance and adequate physical energy. I have worked with her for about 3 months and have found her methods fun to follow, well suited to the limitations of my age and most valuable in preserving good mobility and general physical well-being. She is careful to tailor activities in an appropriate way, with everything that we do. I am grateful to her for getting me moving once again and giving me a beneficial new approach to physical activity. It has all been above all great fun!
