Even as an international sportsman you can benefit from expert advice to help design and meet training targets. Gina devised a combination of gym and swimming interval training to help me prepare for the hockey World Cup in Barcelona. Her suggestions were creative and appropriate and led to me improving and then maintaining my desired cardio levels. Despite it being hard work, Gina was always there with a smile, encouragement, consistent, reliable and seem to share my ambition. This co-development and execution are undoubtedly a recipe for success: we won our first three internationals and I felt as fit, fast and strong as ever I had…not bad at 64!
