Gina is a great personal trainer! I have never been to a gym and made full use of it before as I just didn’t have the knowledge of how to use everything but Gina really helped me get an understanding of how the different machines should be used and what activities would be a good idea to do. Gina also informed me on what activities pair well together during each gym session and across a week (If you go more than once a week, which you definitely should do). Gina provided me with a written copy of everything we did in our sessions so that I could have a plan for when I wasn’t getting PT sessions anymore.
I would definitely recommend Gina to anyone who is looking for a PT as she is a very good PT whilst also being very friendly and chatty. If I had the time then there is a high chance that I would continue my PT sessions with Gina.
