Getting us moving!
Gina has been making something of a speciality of helping those of us in our elderly years to remain active, and supple with good balance and adequate physical energy. I have worked with her for about 3 months and have found her methods fun to follow, well suited to the limitations of my age and most valuable in preserving good mobility and general physical well-being. She is careful to tailor activities in an appropriate way, with everything that we do. I am grateful to her for getting me moving once again and giving me a beneficial new approach to physical activity. It has all been above all great fun!
From Couch Potatoes to Gym Buddies at 70(yrs)!
Gina has been training my husband and myself for the last 3 years. We were in our late 60’s when we started with her and totally unfit, not having any gym or fitness training before. Gina’s enthusiasm and happy personality helped to motivate us, pushing us to achieve a little more each week. Gina worked with my husband and I together throughout the sessions and enjoyed watching our competitive spirit push us on to greater fitness Three years on I’m delighted to say that we are both a lot healthier and fitter than we have ever been and really proud of what we have achieved. I tripped and fell while walking a few months ago and amazed my companion by bouncing back up on my feet and continuing our walk, unscathed (apart from a graze) but more importantly, unfazed thanks to my overall fitness and suppleness. Gina is one of the nicest, happiest and bubbliest people I’ve ever met. Im sure we wouldn’t have continued our fitness training over the last few years without her input. Gina has been our PT and also our friend.

I absolutely adore Gina and her workouts! Her enthusiasm is infectious, she’ll motivate you even if you feel tired. You work hard, sweat hard, but you’ll smile hard too. I always feel AMAZING after a session with her! I consider myself very lucky to train with you, thank you!
Simply amazing!
I met lovely Gina in December when I started my “get back into shape” journey. I had found it very difficult to get back into physical activity after having my first baby as I just wouldn’t lose weight. Everything changed after Gina. Started pt sessions and really doing what she advised. She promised I would see results and I did. She made me feel comfortable during sessions and I just really enjoyed them. Absolutely lovely…. if you want to get back into shape I highly recommend Gina 🙂
Motivating
Gina is fantastic and really passionate about what she does and it rubs off on you as well. Her workouts are well balanced and inspiring. She listens to what you want and if injured adapts accordingly without any compromise to effort.
Better health
Kind ‘ helpfully ‘ very good at her job. Gina has improved my health and I have lost weight. Explains the exercise that she wants you to do well . In the 5 weeks I have been going I have enjoyed the classes that Gina has been running.

Gina is a fantastic trainer and teachs very good workouts. She adequates the different exercises for the different needs. I really enjoyed my time training with her, always smiling and supporting.

Fitnes IS Fun
Since we started our personal training programme with Gina in January we have enjoyed progressing in the exercises, loosing weight and improved stamina, and it is all down to Gina’s enthusiasm and professionalism. Gina is always encouraging and manages to make even the most repetitive of exercises interesting and fun – our sessions just fly by! Gina tailors our exercise routine each week to ensure that all muscle groups are exercised and that emphasis is placed where it is needed. We would never have got so far without her – Thank you Gina.
Training is fun!
Gina is always happy and friendly, making even the most arduous training bearable and sometimes even fun. She is always sympathetic to limitations of class members and only pushes people as far as they are able to go. We love her choices of music which are very motivating. Would highly recommend her Intencity classes.
Great PT
Gina is a great personal trainer! I have never been to a gym and made full use of it before as I just didn’t have the knowledge of how to use everything but Gina really helped me get an understanding of how the different machines should be used and what activities would be a good idea to do. Gina also informed me on what activities pair well together during each gym session and across a week (If you go more than once a week, which you definitely should do). Gina provided me with a written copy of everything we did in our sessions so that I could have a plan for when I wasn’t getting PT sessions anymore.
I would definitely recommend Gina to anyone who is looking for a PT as she is a very good PT whilst also being very friendly and chatty. If I had the time then there is a high chance that I would continue my PT sessions with Gina.

Motivation
I have been attending one of Gina’s classes for a while now and I thoroughly enjoy it! She joins in with the class as well and shouts at us all the time in a motivational way and it’s a great help to keep us going!! Confidence building
Since my one to one session with Gina I have become confident in using machines that I didn’t feel able to tackle before. I can definitely see the effect of the routine Gina drew up for me – particularly in the increased strength in my upper arms

Since having a one to one training session with Gina I have noticed a big improvement.
I am now able to get out of my bath by pushing down on the sides and lifting my body out.

I have been training with Gina for about two years . She has a sunny disposition, is full of enthusiasum and I look forward to my two half hour sessions every week.

THE best personal trainer EVER!
I started training with Gina back in October 2018 after getting bored or my usual gym workouts and I’ve genuinely never looked back.
I’ve trained with various trainers over the years and Gina is by far THE best personal trainer I’ve ever trained with.
I always look forward to our sessions as Gina is so creative with her workouts and each session is completely different. Gina makes me feel so comfortable and is always pushing me and encouraging me when I don’t think I’m capable and is always full of energy – which is infectious.
I definitely feel stronger and fitter since training with Gina and can’t thank her enough for being such a great trainer (and wonderful person overall!)

Wonderful Motivator
The gym is hard work but great fun. Gina is full of creativity so no two sessions are ever the same and 3 years on, I’m still with her. She is an inspiration and a wonderful motivator so whatever your level of fitness, she will help you achieve your goals and probably beyond.
Brilliant Trainer
Gina is a super trainer – I hated the gym before meeting her and now go 3 times a week. I would recommend her to anyone both my daughter and mother ( 25 to 82 year olds) have benefitted from her expertise.
She is always happy, and going to see her makes life’s problems just go away.
Swimming and gym instructor
I joined for swimming lessons and have always really struggled going under water. But I am completely Swimming under water and a lot more confident thanks to Gina’ s patience. She is a brilliant instructor.

Gina is the most inspirational & motivational personal trainer I have ever met! No session is ever the same which makes working out so much fun. She genuinely listens to clients’ personal goals and takes time to plan each session with these in mind. It’s very easy to get stuck in a rut at the gym, doing the same exercises and using the same machines but Gina opens your eyes to so many different ways of exercising which, for me, has made visiting the gym a really enjoyable event. What’s more, my core strength has improved no end and consequently my lower back pain has disappeared! Thank you Gina!
Grand Masters World Hockey
Even as an international sportsman you can benefit from expert advice to help design and meet training targets. Gina devised a combination of gym and swimming interval training to help me prepare for the hockey World Cup in Barcelona. Her suggestions were creative and appropriate and led to me improving and then maintaining my desired cardio levels. Despite it being hard work, Gina was always there with a smile, encouragement, consistent, reliable and seem to share my ambition. This co-development and execution are undoubtedly a recipe for success: we won our first three internationals and I felt as fit, fast and strong as ever I had…not bad at 64!

Wonderful Trainer
I have been going to fusion gym for about 2/3 years now and Gina has been very helpful over those years.
I already have a trainer but Gina has taken time to train with me One on One which is great as she pushes me and I push her to do better.
I have seen her train all different age groups and designs programmes to insure that she is pushing you as far as you can go and not over do it.
She is truly a wonderful trainer and has become a good friend to.
Two and half years we’ve been training every week with Gina
Joined the gym so many times before and wasted my money. This time we booked in with Gina from the beginning and two had a half years later we are still working out with Gina every week. Might have lost a couple of lbs but defintely lost inches and friends admire how toned and fit I look. Gina works with both myself and my husband in our sessions and laughs at our competitive spirit. I never thought I would ever be able to say I enjoy keeping fit, but I actually do now and always look forward to seeing Gina who makes the sessions interesting and varied so that the time disappears. I love that I feel so fit and supple now and that we have made our fitness sessions a normal regular part of our routine. . My husband and I are in late 60’s and have never felt so good …thanks to Gina …always smiling and pushing us for ‘just one more rep’. So my recommendation for anyone wanting to get fit and stay healthy is don’t try to do it in your own, book in with a personal trainer from the outset, it’s not expensive, and money well spent, especially if you are with Gina. 👍
